Patti Solis Doyle On Hillary Clinton 2016 Run: 'Hopefully'

Patti Solis Doyle, Hillary Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign manager, joined HuffPost Live Tuesday to discuss the role of women in political campaigns and speculated on her former boss' 2016 presidential prospects.
"Hopefully there will be a 2016 campaign," Solis Doyle told HuffPost Live host Alicia Menendez, while praising the diversity among Clinton's top 2008 staff.
Solis Doyle managed Clinton's campaign for president through the February 2008 primaries, and would go on to work with the Obama campaign as chief of staff to the vice presidential candidate.
When asked whether she thinks Clinton will take the plunge in 2016, Solis Doyle said she genuinely doesn't know, but is remaining hopeful.
"I have to take her word for it that she's not thinking about it," she said. "But I sure hope so, because I think she would be fantastic."
