Kenya’s election lesson to Nigeria – Buhari

 by Abdulkadir Badsha Mukhtar

Former head of state Muhammadu Buhari
Former head of state Muhammadu Buhari said yesterday that Kenya’s election and its outcome is a lesson to Nigeria.
Buhari who spoke to the BBC Hausa Service said Nigerians have learned their lessons because everyone is feeling the outcome of injustice.
He said Nigeria should learn how the election was conducted in Kenya and how it was resolved in the court thereafter.
He accused the ruling PDP for injustices regarding issues to do with electricity, petroleum and pension.
He said courts which are supposed to be protecting the rights of people are indirectly favoring the ruling party, adding that he hope the 2015 would be great because of the lesson learned from the previous elections in the country.
