2015: Group endorses Governor Yuguda for President

As the 2015 general elections draws close, a Bauchi based political organization under the aegis of Bauchi Awareness Action Group, has endorsed the state Governor, Isa Yuguda to contest for the nation’s number one seat.
The group in a statement by its chairman, Alhaji Bashir Abubakar entitled “appreciation of Yuguda administration” explained that their endorsement of the governor for president was in consideration of what he has done in office so far.

“The Governor has in the last five and half years made frantic effort towards improving the life of the common man in and around the state. He said many of his achievements include “ the construction of the Bauchi airport in the Bauchi State capital and the state University in Gadau Local Government. Therefore it is high time for Nigerians to see these good qualities and call on him to join the 2015 race as presidential candidate and elect him to lead the country”, he said.
Abubakar added that though the Governor had stopped politicians from pasting his posters for the presidency on the streets, he assured that they will soon embark on massive campaign for the Governor.
According to him,these projects had made tremendous impact in the socio-economic well-being of the public through job creation and urged Yuguda to continue to provide the dividends of democracy to the people of the state.
