Lady Opeyemi Adefarati, the Caretaker Chairman of Akoko South West Local Government is dead!She died in a ghastly motor accident about 45 minutes ago at Iwaro -Oka junction along with many others yet to be identified as a trailer lorry lost control and ran into them.
The news was broken by Tolu Babaleye this evening.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
